I, like many others, decided to repost. I mean, what they say is a pretty cool fact, that there are 5 weekends in the month, although I didn't like the fact that there are 5 Mondays in this month.

Now, from just googling around, you can very quickly and easily see that this happens far more often than once every 823 years. In fact, December has 5 Thursdays, 5 Fridays, and 5 Saturdays.
I think I am going to like December better with only 4 Mondays and 5 Fridays to enjoy. It's a much better scenario for me.

So the rule of thumb is that any 31-day calendar month will have 5 sets of 3 days in a row.
Just look at a calendar and you will see that, but it is always nice when that includes a weekend.

For anyone who gets their paycheck on a Friday, it's always a nice feeling to get 3 paychecks in one month. This December will be one of those months. So if you get paid on every other Friday, then you will have 5 Fridays in the month and, as a result, 3 pay checks. This is, of course, only if your first paycheck of the month is on the second.
